Backing the fit, on-speed horse in Zoubelle. I was against her last start off the effort of her first-up run but she ran much better than my expectations, absorbing pressure and kicking off that. She was only run down Silent Shares, who was unlucky not to win in Metro BM64 grade since. She should sit right up on-speed and be very hard to run past.

LAY: 12. Rhia (WIN) for 2 units (Rated at $7.20)

I thought that Rhia had every possible chance from the front at Sale first-up and even though she may take improvement from that, this appears a much stiffer test and I’ve got her much longer than the early market.

Divine Provenance has been jumping out very well at Cranbourne and he strikes a thin race, devoid of many chances. The slight concern at the price would be the map from gate 12 but he has appeared to show good early speed in those jumpouts.

Shyleah was good in a harder race first-up and she has always shown more ability than her 1 win from 9 starts record shows. She did run a bottler first-up last preparation before regressing second-up but she did pull up lame on a track with a speed rating of a Firm 2, so I don’t expext that regression here with the sting out.

Swanny Dee was terrific first-up at Warrnmabool at a big price, the sting out of the ground suits and is another horse with more ability than his one win from 9 start record shows.

An absolute cracking BM64 for the fillies and mares. This race could be on a Metro Wednesday card and it would be the feature race of the day. Brutalina won at Kilmore last start running 7L faster than the other 1200m maiden on the same card.

Chocolate Box blew up the clock with strong market support to boot at Mornington, Divino Cavallo was luckless last start in Adelaide, is on the quick back-up and does boast a $5.5 SP vs Stokke first-up. The chances don’t end there either.
