KEY RUNNERS

1.Private Eye – Class sprinter of the field. Going very well this prep. Beaten a head by Imperatriz then given no hope last start from the ride. Only issue is if the track is slow 6 or worse.

2.King Of Sparta – Racing in consistently strong form with wins at his past two starts. Can’t discount.

3.Mazu – Races best on wet tracks and hasn’t seen one for a year. Has a good record at this track. Can improve sharply here.

4.Uncommon James – 13 starts for 6 wins and 6 placings. Won the G1 Oakleigh Plate last year before running 2^nd in this race as favourite. Rates highly.

5.Aft Cabin – Handy sprinter who ran very well in the Challenge Stakes first up and was stiff not to win. Flying into this. Likes it wet.

11.Sunshine In Paris – Lightly raced 4yo mare with only 6 starts but already has a G1 on her resume as a 3yo. Won first up last prep off a similar break.

12.Zapateo – Has been racing in solid form this prep.

13.Ozzmosis – Won 4 from 5 in career to date including the G1 Coolmore last start.

14.Front Page – Drawn wide but in recent fresh runs has won 2 Kosciuszkos.

17. Derry Grove – Won the Magic Millions Syndicate first up this prep, and has run two solid races since.
