She maps well here and recent trials have been good, she looks to get the advantages. PLEASURE QUEEN is the debutant who to my eye has looked best out of the trials, a good barrier here helps. HELLABELLA & HO ALOHA are the next two runners rounding out the numbers for this race.

Another race that lacks a huge amount of race experience. INVINCIBLE PHANTOM is a runner on debut, but couldn’t have been any more impressive at recent trials winning those 2 trials in very good fashion, he looks the one to beat. CANAL is a runner with race experience which may prove to be his advantage, draws a favourable barrier and looks to be prominent in the run. MY MATE ELVIS looked good in a recent trial and gets in well at the weights with a claim. STORMLAND next looks the next best of the remaining debutants.

MERIDIANA is a runner on debut who has been met with some early market support, likely most due to her impressive trial form leading into this, she is well in at the weights and draws well, no doubt she can perform well but does appear short for a runner on debut. FLEETING SPIRIT looks a slightly more appealing betting price thanks to his race map and last start 2nd at Rosehill perhaps a handy form line. EL PASO is a runner who looks likely to lead, his best may yet be over more ground but this is still an easier assignment than the races he contested in a debut prep. TEMPRANILLO looks the best of the debutants in this race.

SIESTA had 3 runs in her debut prep back in Victoria where she managed to run 2nd at each. She has had a spell since those runs and comes into this fresh now. Her recent trial looked very good, so expect her in good order here but her key advantage may be her early speed, the race doesn’t appear to have a great deal of early speed which is going to give her a good opportunity to push forwards and control the tempo of this race from the front, she is the one they will need to catch.

Looks a very open betting race this first leg of the quaddie. SEASCAPE is first up into this race and has previously performed strongly first up into a prep. YANKEE ONE resumed recently with a win at Canterbury, she remains at a similar level now and may be able to progress with the extra race fitness under her belt. WRITTEN IN CODE’s best form would be strong enough to win a race like this, she is resuming and also goes well fresh but has to over come a wide barrier and big weight though which are the queries. WIND OF CHANGE looks likely to race up on speed, she has placed in her last couple of runs and doesn’t look too far away from a breakthrough win, wouldn’t surprise at big odds.

A few major race scratchings look to have really opened up this race for MAWJOOD who has been around the mark in his last couple of runs without much luck, this looks slightly easier than recent assignments. CAMPALDINO is the runner who maps to get the run of the race up on speed, would have liked to have seen a little more at his trials, but he wouldn’t surprise. SUMO FISH has won 2 in a row now and comes to tackle a stronger level race now, he is in super form. UNITED KINGDOM is resuming gelded, he has previously won when 1st up into a prep so may be in strong order fresh.
