THE PROCESS
HOW WILL I RECEIVE THE 3D-SECURE PIN?
- Depending upon your phone and ‘NetBank’ application configuration, the unique PIN will be available either via push notifications or within your online banking application
- You may need to alter the ‘notification’ settings within the Netbank application to receive the in-application notification
WHAT IF I DON'T RECEIVE THE PIN?
