NAPOLEONIC looks likely to open up as a short price favourite in this. He maps well here and is down in gradeso does appear hard to beat. MILES OF GLORY appears the main danger. She is resuming after having had the one run last time in work and recent trials have been encouraging. The next best chances appear to be the debutants who have trialed well and the best of those looks like PRINCE CHARGE & PERCOLATE.

KING NIC showed good improvement when resuming and running into 2nd at Moruya. He gets a low barrier here which should give him an ideal run. INCANTRESS has been consistent of late, but perhaps didn’t handle the wet tracks in her past couple so could be an improver. THE BENTLY resumes, he was consistent last prep so expect he can be around the mark and maps to track the favourite in run. NAUGHTY SORT maps as the likely race leader which could suit.

Good speed on in this race so expecting a quick tempo. READY AND LUCKY is a last start winner sticking on strongly so feel he can be suited with a rise in trip off the hot speed. ATELIER rates highly and is slightly down in grade, should be fitter 2nd up now. MONTY BE QUICK ran flat last start but generally does when 2nd up, he can bounce back 3rd up here. AZARAZ showed good speed to win on debut, looks to take a step up in harder grade now.

This is a race that appears to have less speed and pressure than the last, so the natural leader here who may get run of the race looks like LEADING IMPACT, he could be hard to catch. BELIEVE IN ANGELS drops in grade from recent runs and should be suited at this level. ZOUNAKA resumes and has had some very impressive trials in the lead up to this run, she has won 1st up into a prep previously. BALMAIN DARLING has been sprinting well in 2 career runs and may appreciate a rise in trip today.
