Happy to be with BONDING in this maiden race. BONDING has had a stable change from the Hawkes team to the Messara / Gavanich team. The mare has had 3 trials leading up to this event. The first trial on the 21st August at Scone the mare trialed against MIAMI BABY which is in the market here also. I thought BONDING trialed much better than it but this was on a heavy track. I was very happy with the last trial at Muswellbrook on the 23rd September with Aaron Bullock where it was untested and won the trial. Aaron Bullock sticks today and looks to break it maiden with the new stable.

BUSH TELEGRAPH is the horse I want to back in this BM58. The mare is having it 2nd start for the new stable Scott Singleton. BUSH TELEGRAPH last start was at Dubbo first up over the 1300m on the 29th September. In this race at Dubbo it never looked comfortable or balanced throughout the race. It has caught my eye in the final 200m working home well through the line. Happy to give another go going up in distance.

Hopefully THUNDERING SOUL can return back a winner from its 135 day spell. THUNDERING SOUL has been gelded from last preparation and has had 2 lead in trials to this event. Both trials were very good for a country class 1 race with the last trial on the 25th September at Newcastle being against some good city class cattle. The booking of Aaron Bullock shows big intent and hopefully the best horse in the race can return a winner.
