Andrew Hawkins

Andrew Hawkins has forged a distinguished career across many facets of the racing and sports industry. A journalist by trade, Andrew launched Halcon Co. in 2022 in order to provide content, research, consulting and race planning solutions to the horse racing industry in Australia and further afield with clients including World Horse Racing, the Victoria Racing Club, Highclere Australia, Racing Post and now Betfair. Previously, he served as ANZ Bloodstock News editor and a presenter with Sky Racing, primarily focused on international racing. He returned to Australia in 2018 after five years in Hong Kong with the Hong Kong Jockey Club and the South China Morning Post. Early in his career, he worked as a trader and content manager for former bookmakers Luxbet and Centrebet.
