Betfair Pty Limited’s (Betfair’s) Commission Paid Offer (the Offer) is governed by the following Terms and Conditions.
The following customers are not eligible to participate in the Offer:
- South Australian customers;
- customers that were not sent the Offer via email by Betfair; and
- customers that did not opt-in to the Offer.
By participating in the Offer, you will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
COMMISSION PAID OFFER: HOW IT WORKS AND QUALIFYING CRITERIA
OPTING IN
- customers will get sent an email with the option to opt-in to the Offer for the duration of the FY25 Winter Cycle, 15 June 2025 to 14 September 2025 (inclusive) (Offer Time Frame).
- to be eligible for the Offer, customers will need to opt-in to the Offer by 5:00pm AEDT 18 June 2025.
HOW IT WORKS?
During the Offer Time Frame, eligible customer’s commission on Qualifying Markets will count towards their ‘Commission Paid Targets’ as specified in the Offer communication. Once each Commission Paid Target has been reached, customers will receive a reward as specified in the Offer communication.
REDEMPTION OF BENEFITS
Upon reaching a respective Commission Paid Target, customers are eligible for:
- a commission rebate which will be credited to the customer’s Betfair account no later than 14 days after reaching the respective Commission Paid Target;
- a discount rate which will be applied to a customer’s Betfair account no later than 14 days after reaching the respective Commission Paid Target, and will be in effect until and including 14 September 2025; and
- an account credit which will be credited to the customer’s Betfair account no later than 14 days after reaching the respective Commission Paid Target.
QUALIFYING CRITERIA
- bets will need to be settled during the Offer Time Frame; and
- bets will need to be made on Qualifying Markets.
WHAT ARE THE ELIGIBLE MARKETS?
All markets on the Betfair Exchange that settled during the Offer Time Frame will be eligible to count towards a customer’s Commission Paid Targets (Qualifying Markets).
ARE THERE ANY EXCLUSIONS?
Yes.
Bets placed during the Offer Time Frame that settle outside of the Offer Time Frame will not be eligible to count towards Commission Paid Targets.
ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
It is agreed that:
- If your account is self-excluded or closed for any reason, you will be excluded from the Offer;
- Additional Terms and conditions of the Betfair+ program apply;
- Betfair can, in its absolute discretion and at any point in time:
- cancel or suspend the Offer;
- remove you from receiving the Offer;
- extend, or shorten, the Offer Time Frame; or
- amend these Terms and Conditions;
- Betfair shall not be liable for any loss howsoever arising as a result of a customer’s participation in the Offer; and
- outside of the Terms and Conditions outlined above, all other Betfair Terms and Conditions will prevail.
