EMPIRE ROSE KEY RUNNERS

1. Alcohol Free – 3-time G1 winner in the UK. Ran a good 4th in the Invitation last start only beaten 0.9L when on a strong speed.

2. Princess Grace – Has raced consistently well this prep but last run was below par.

3. Hope In Your Heart – Has been going well this prep, only beaten 2L in the Epsom Handicap, then ran good late sectionals in the King Charles. Inside draw not ideal for her.

4. Atishu – Ran 5th in this race last year beaten 2L. Going better now. Ran 2nd to Espiona in the Golden Pendant running similar late sectionals, then wide no cover in the King Charles but ran better than form reads. The one to beat.

5. Hinged – Has been solid this prep. Not flying but has the trainer, jockey, draw, map to figure. Blinkers off here.

7. Renaissance Woman – Flying this prep. Won the Angst Stakes two starts back then 2nd beaten a nose in the Craven Plate. Can figure here.

8. Barbie’s Fox – Another who is flying. 4th beaten 1.3L in the Epsom Handicap then 2nd beaten a head in the Ladies Vase after racing wide no cover. Trainer/jockey combo strong. Flemington record not good.

12. Life Lessons – Consistent type who held off Princess Grance to win G2 here last start. 2nd to Amelia’s Jewel the start before. Rates well.

13. Shuffle Dancer – Keeps improving each run this prep. Big track over a mile should suit. Inside draw a shame.

14. Wishlor Lass – Has led past two starts at Caulfield & Moonee Valley to win at G3 level both times. Should be in it a long way.

15. Ausbred Flirt – 2nd in the Angst then 5th beaten 1.6L in The Invitiation.

16. More Secrets – Ran 3rd in the Queen Of The Turf G1 last prep. Ran the quickest late sectionals in the Angst last start when 3rd. Wish she had drawn wider but can win.
