After being introduced to punting at an early age, Laurie has progressed through a wide range of roles in the industry. Including providing prices for Melbourne races as well as tipping selections on 2KY and Racing to the Max on 2SM and finally joining Racenet as its resident Melbourne tipster. Dubbed ‘longshot Laurie’, he identifies sectional performers that are strong late, horses that map well and have performed previously in good class races and also incorporates trials and jump outs. Over the years Laurie has built a reputation of finding roughies that give us a run for our money.
