Commission Targets"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"education-content border-b pb-10 block\">\n      \n          <div class=\"education-content__row my-3\">\n        <div class=\"container reduced-width\">\n          <p><strong><u>Exclusive Discount Rate Offer (Commission) \u2013 Terms and Conditions<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Betfair Pty Limited\u2019s (<strong>Betfair\u2019s<\/strong>) Exclusive Discount Rate (<strong>the Offer<\/strong>) is governed by the following Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n<p>The following customers are not eligible to participate in the Offer:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>South Australian customers; and<\/li>\n<li>customers that were not sent the Offer via email or SMS by Betfair.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>By participating in the Offer, you will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>DISCOUNT RATE OFFER: HOW IT WORKS AND QUALIFYING CRITERIA <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>OPTING IN <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>customers will get sent an email and must opt-in to the Offer by the opt-in date specified in the offer communications to be eligible for the Offer during the Offer Time Frame; and<\/li>\n<li>the Offer will run from offer start date (<strong>Offer Start Date<\/strong>) to the offer end date (inclusive) (<strong>Offer End Date<\/strong>) specified in the Offer communication (<strong>Offer Time Frame<\/strong>).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>HOW IT WORKS? <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Customers that have paid more in commission than specified in the Offer during the (<strong>Offer Time Frame<\/strong>) will have the discount rate specified in the Offer communication (<strong>Discount Rate<\/strong>) applied to their Betfair account until the offer extension end date specified in the Offer communication (<strong>Offer Extension End Date).<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>QUALIFYING CRITERIA <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>bets will need to be settled during the Offer Time Frame;
