{"id":59520,"date":"2024-12-18T15:57:27","date_gmt":"2024-12-18T04:57:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.betfair.com.au\/hub\/?p=59520"},"modified":"2024-12-18T15:57:31","modified_gmt":"2024-12-18T04:57:31","slug":"rewards-offer-terms-and-conditions","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.betfair.com.au\/hub\/uncategorized\/rewards-offer-terms-and-conditions\/","title":{"rendered":"Rewards Offer Terms and Conditions"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"education-content border-b pb-10 block\">\n      \n          <div class=\"education-content__row my-3\">\n        <div class=\"container reduced-width\">\n          <p>Betfair Pty Limited\u2019s (<strong>Betfair\u2019s<\/strong>) Reward Offer (<strong>the Offer<\/strong>) is governed by the following Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n<p>The following customers are not eligible to participate in the Offer:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>South Australian customers; and<\/li>\n<li>customers that were not sent the Offer via email or SMS by Betfair.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>By participating in the Offer, you will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>HOW IT WORKS AND QUALIFYING CRITERIA <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>customers will get sent an email with the option to select and redeem one reward out of a selection of rewards.<\/li>\n<li>Customer\u2019s first selection will be taken as the final and agreed upon selection and that is the reward that will be applied on customer\u2019s account.<\/li>\n<li>Customers will have the choice to choose between:\n<ul>\n<li>a one-off cash credit to be applied on or around 4 business days post receiving customers selections; or<\/li>\n<li>a discount rate applied to their account for the duration specified in the Offer email; or<\/li>\n<li>a specified number of winnings boosts with a specified win boost percentage and a specified cap over the Offer Time Frame to be used during the time period specified in the Offer email.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the Offer and rewards will run for the specified time period outlined in the Offer email (<strong>Offer Time Frame<\/strong>).<\/li>\n<li>to be eligible for the Offer, customers will need to select one of the choices by 2:00pm AEDT 20 December 2024.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>HOW IT WORKS? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>ONE-OFF CASH CREDIT <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Post a customer receiving the Offer communication and following the steps outlined in the email to select the one-off \u2018cash credit\u2019 (<strong>Cash Credit<\/strong>) as their reward, the cash credit amount specified in the Offer will be applied to a customer\u2019s account on or around 4 business days post receiving the customer\u2019s selections from the Offer communication.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>DISCOUNT RATE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Post a customer receiving the Offer communication and following the steps outlined in the email to select the discount rate (<strong>Discount Rate<\/strong>) as their reward, the Discount Rate will be applied to a customer\u2019s account on or around 4 business days post receiving the customer\u2019s selections from the Offer email. The Discount Rate will be applied for the duration of the Offer Time Frame outlined in the Offer email. Bets can be made on any market available on the Betfair Exchange that settle during the Offer Time Frame (<strong>Qualifying Markets<\/strong>).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>QUALIFYING CRITERIA <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>bets will need to be settled during the Offer Time Frame; <u>and<\/u><\/li>\n<li>bets will need to be made on Qualifying BOOSTS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Post a customer receiving the Offer communication and following the steps outlined in the email to select the Winnings Boosts (<strong>Winnings Boosts<\/strong>) reward, the customer will instantly be eligible for the specified number of Winnings Boosts (<strong>Number of<\/strong> <strong>Winnings Boosts<\/strong>) with the respective specified Winnings Boost Percentage capped at the specified cap amount (<strong>Winnings Boost Cap<\/strong>) detailed in the Offer email for the duration of the Offer Time Frame.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Any eligible Winnings Boost will be applicable on, in chronological order, markets where customers have a net win at the market level from the time the which case you will no longer be eligible for any rewards;<\/li>\n<li>extend, or shorten, the Qualifying Offer Time Frame; or<\/li>\n<li>amend these Terms and
