{"id":59029,"date":"2024-12-11T15:24:09","date_gmt":"2024-12-11T04:24:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.betfair.com.au\/hub\/?p=59029"},"modified":"2024-12-11T15:24:13","modified_gmt":"2024-12-11T04:24:13","slug":"choose-reward-offer","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.betfair.com.au\/hub\/uncategorized\/choose-reward-offer\/","title":{"rendered":"Choose Reward Offer"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"education-content border-b pb-10 block\">\n      \n          <div class=\"education-content__row my-3\">\n        <div class=\"container reduced-width\">\n          <p><strong><u>Reward Offer \u2013 Terms and Conditions<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Betfair Pty Limited\u2019s (<strong>Betfair\u2019s<\/strong>) Loyalty (<strong>the Offer<\/strong>) is governed by the following Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n<p>The following customers are not eligible to participate in the Offer:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>South Australian customers; and<\/li>\n<li>customers that were not sent the Offer via email by Betfair.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>By participating in the Offer, you will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>HOW IT WORKS AND QUALIFYING CRITERIA <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>customers will get sent an email with the option to select and redeem one reward out of a selection of rewards.<\/li>\n<li>a customer\u2019s first selection will be taken as the final and agreed on selection, that is the reward that will be applied to the customer\u2019s accounts.<\/li>\n<li>customers will need to select a reward before the time specified in the Offer communication (<strong>Opt-in Time<\/strong>).<\/li>\n<li>Customers will have the choice to choose between:\n<ul>\n<li>a one-off cash credit to be applied to their Betfair account on or around 1 business days post receiving customer\u2019s selections; or<\/li>\n<li>a discount rate applied to their Betfair account for the Offer Time Frame specified in the Offer communication.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>the Offer and rewards will run for the specified time period outlined in the Offer communication (<strong>Offer Time Frame<\/strong>).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>HOW IT WORKS? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>ONE-OFF CASH CREDIT <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Post a customer receiving the Offer communication and following the steps outlined in the email to select the one-off \u2018cash credit\u2019 (<strong>Cash Credit<\/strong>) as their reward, the Cash Credit amount specified in the Offer will be applied to a customer\u2019s Betfair account on or around 1 business days post receiving the customer\u2019s selections from the Offer communication.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>DISCOUNT RATE<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Post a customer receiving the Offer communication and following the steps outlined in the email to select the discount rate (<strong>Discount Rate<\/strong>) as their reward, the Discount Rate will be applied to a customer\u2019s Betfair account on or around 1 business days post receiving the customer\u2019s selections from the Offer communication.
