{"id":47740,"date":"2024-08-30T10:55:52","date_gmt":"2024-08-30T00:55:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.betfair.com.au\/hub\/?p=47740"},"modified":"2024-08-30T10:55:55","modified_gmt":"2024-08-30T00:55:55","slug":"exclusive-cash-ladder-offer-terms-and-conditions","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.betfair.com.au\/hub\/uncategorized\/exclusive-cash-ladder-offer-terms-and-conditions\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00a0Exclusive Cash Ladder Offer \u2013 Terms and Conditions"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"education-content border-b pb-10 block\">\n      \n          <div class=\"education-content__row my-3\">\n        <div class=\"container reduced-width\">\n          <p>Betfair Pty Limited\u2019s (<strong>Betfair<\/strong>) Exclusive Cash Ladder (<strong>the Offer<\/strong>) is governed by the following Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n<p>The following customers are not eligible to participate in the Offer:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>South Australian customers;<\/li>\n<li>customers that were not sent the Offer via email or SMS by Betfair.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>By participating in the Offer, you will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>THE OFFER: HOW IT WORKS AND QUALIFYING CRITERIA <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>OPTING IN <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>customers will get sent an email with the Offer outlining the duration of the Qualifying Offer Time Frame.<\/li>\n<li>to be eligible for the Offer, customers do need to opt in to the Offer.<\/li>\n<li>the Offer will run for the specified subsequent seven (7) days post customers receiving the Offer (<strong>Qualifying Offer Time Frame<\/strong>).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>QUALIFYING CRITERIA<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>during the Qualifying Offer Time Frame customers will need to bet a specified amount of volume as outlined in their Offer (<strong>Qualifying Volumes<\/strong>) to be receive an account credit (<strong>Cash Ladder Prize<\/strong>). The Qualifying Volumes will be stated in each customer\u2019s email outlining the Offer; <u>and<\/u><\/li>\n<li>bets will need to be settled during the Qualifying Offer Time Frame; <u>and<\/u><\/li>\n<li>bets will need to be made on Qualifying Markets<strong>, <\/strong>that is any market that is on the Exchange; <u>and<\/u><\/li>\n<li>for a customer\u2019s Qualifying Volume to count towards their total, no portion of a bet on any given selection can be cashed out \u2013 or the other side taken. For example, a customer back betting and then lay betting on the same selection will not be eligible (<strong>Ineligible Qualifying Volume<\/strong>); <u>and<\/u><\/li>\n<li>back bet volume placed at odds of less than 1.20 will not be counted towards any Qualifying Volumes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>An example of a customer\u2019s Qualifying Volumes is shown below for illustrative purposes:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"responsive-table-wrap\"><table>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"226\"><strong>Minimum Volume to Qualify<\/strong><\/td>\n<td width=\"226\"><strong>Account Credit <\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"226\">$200<\/td>\n<td width=\"226\">$30<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"226\">$100<\/td>\n<td width=\"226\">$15<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"226\">$50<\/td>\n<td width=\"226\">$10<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"226\">$20<\/td>\n<td width=\"226\">$5<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>WHAT ARE THE ELIGIBLE MARKETS? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This Offer applies to all markets offered on the Betfair Exchange (<strong>Qualifying Markets<\/strong>) and that settle during the Qualifying Offer Time Frame.<\/p>\n<p><strong>WHAT IS THE OFFER? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At the conclusion of the Qualifying Offer Time Frame, Betfair will assess all eligible customers\u2019 Qualifying Volumes and any eligible account credit<strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>When will I be credited?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Any qualifying account credit will be credited to the customer\u2019s account on or around one business day after the Qualifying Time Frame has concluded.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>ARE THERE ANY EXCLUSIONS?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Yes.<\/p>\n<p>Bets placed during the Qualifying Offer Time Frame but that settle outside of the Qualifying Offer Time Frame will not count toward any Qualifying Volume targets, nor will they be considered part of the Offer.
