{"id":46897,"date":"2024-08-22T13:56:04","date_gmt":"2024-08-22T03:56:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.betfair.com.au\/hub\/?p=46897"},"modified":"2024-08-22T13:56:07","modified_gmt":"2024-08-22T03:56:07","slug":"cash-draw-september","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.betfair.com.au\/hub\/uncategorized\/cash-draw-september\/","title":{"rendered":"Cash Draw September"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"education-content border-b pb-10 block\">\n            <div class=\"education-content__row my-3\">\n        <div class=\"container reduced-width relative\">\n          <h2 class=\"font-bold font-montserrat text-xl lg:text-[26px] text-bf-yellow text-center md:text-left uppercase\">Cash Draw Terms and Conditions<\/h2>\n        <\/div>\n      <\/div>\n    \n    \n    \n    \n          \n          <div class=\"education-content__row my-3\">\n        <div class=\"container reduced-width\">\n          <p>Betfair Pty Limited\u2019s (<strong>Betfair\u2019s<\/strong>) Responsible Gambling Tool Offer (<strong>the Offer<\/strong>) is governed by the following Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ELIGIBILITY<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The following customers are not eligible to participate in the Offer:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>customers that were not sent an invitation email inviting them to participate in the Offer (<strong>Invitation Email<\/strong>); and<\/li>\n<li>customers that did not opt-in to the Offer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>By participating in the Offer, you will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n<p>The promotor of the Offer is Betfair (ABN 110 084 985) of Level 13, 565 Bourke Street, Melbourne, Victoria, 3000.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>DEFINITIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>all references to \u2018times\u2019 (e.g. 12pm) will be taken to mean Australian Eastern Standard Time;<\/li>\n<li>\u2018Precommitment Limit\u2019 means a deposit limit or a loss limit; and<\/li>\n<li>\u2018Qualifying Offer Time Frame\u2019 means the period from 12:00:01am on 1 September 2024 to 11:59:59pm on 30 September 2024.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>HOW IT WORKS AND QUALIFYING CRITERIA<\/p>\n<p>OPTING IN<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Eligible Betfair customers will be sent an Invitation Email with the option to opt-in to the Offer for the duration of the Qualifying Offer Time Frame.<\/p>\n<p>To be eligible for the Offer, a recipient of the Invitation Email must opt-in to the Offer by 12:59:59pm on 31 August 2024.<\/p>\n<p>The Offer will run for the Qualifying Offer Time Frame.<\/p>\n<p>At the end of the Qualifying Offer Time Frame, Betfair will conduct a \u2018random draw\u2019 (see below for more details) and 4 eligible customers, that have met the qualifying criteria set out in these Terms and Conditions, will win $500 AUD each.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>QUALIFYING CRITERIA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To be eligible to be in the running to win 1 of 4 $500 AUD cash prizes as part of the Offer, customers will need to satisfy the following criteria:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>for the duration of the Qualifying Offer Time Frame, customers will need to maintain a reasonable Precommitment Limit on their Betfair account.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>It is noted that:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>customers are permitted to change the value of their Precommitment Limit during the Qualifying Offer Time Frame, so long as the limit is considered to be reasonable by Betfair;<\/li>\n<li>Betfair can, in its absolute discretion, determine what is considered to be a \u2018reasonable\u2019 Precommitment Limit. For example, a deposit or loss limit of $1,000,000 per day would not be considered to be reasonable by Betfair;<\/li>\n<li>where a Precommitment Limit is not considered to be reasonable by Betfair, the customer will be excluded from the Offer and will not be eligible to win any cash prize; and<\/li>\n<li>customers are eligible to win one (1) cash prize only.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>DRAW &amp; PRIZES<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 2:00:00pm on 8 October 2024, Betfair will input all eligible customers (that have met the qualifying criteria) into a random number generator to conduct the draw and assign the prizes. The draw will be conducted at Level 13, 565 Bourke Street, Melbourne, Victoria, 3000.<\/p>\n<div class=\"responsive-table-wrap\"><table>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"156\"><strong>Prize<\/strong><\/td>\n<td width=\"156\"><strong>Value<\/strong><\/td>\n<td width=\"156\"><strong>Maximum number of prizes<\/strong><\/td>\n<td width=\"156\"><strong>Total Prize Pool<\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"156\">$500 AUD deposited into the customer\u2019s bank account<\/td>\n<td width=\"156\">$500 AUD<\/td>\n<td width=\"156\">4<\/td>\n<td width=\"156\">$2,000 AUD<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table><\/div>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>When will I be notified if I win?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Betfair will notify a winning customer by email and\/or phone call within 7 days of the prize being drawn.
