Another Ascot season comes to a close and it\u2019s hard to think of a better deck than we\u2019ve seen for the majority of this season.\u00a0 It\u2019s starting to get a bit grindy\/on pace now, but it\u2019s held up incredibly well.\u00a0 The more confidence you have in a track, the more confidence you bet with.<\/span>
\n<\/span>
\n<\/span>I do think with the light easterly (more NE, than SE so not as big a deal) and fact we are very deep into this season, we are likely to see a bit of an on-pace day to round us out. \u00a0 Hopefully we can leave a reasonable Ascot season as winners.<\/span><\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n

Ascot Racecourse is located on the banks of the Swan River on the outskirts of the city of Perth, and has been the home of the Western Australian Turf Club (now operating as Perth Racing) since it hosted its first race meeting back in 1852. Perth Racing is the only metropolitan race club in WA and also operates the city\u2019s other racecourse at Belmont Park, with the two venues hosting a combined 90 meetings per season. Terry has always been a little unique in regards to his analysis of the form, with the eye, speed-maps and knowledge of each individual horse's characteristics, far outweighing the analytical and data side of the game. As the ease of accessibility to all forms of data increases with time, Terry believes those with a 'non-figure' related edge should continue to have a strong point of difference.
