Betfair+ Booster Seat Program – Terms and Conditions
Betfair Pty Limited’s (Betfair’s) Betfair+ Booster Seat Program (the Offer) is governed by the following Terms and Conditions.
The following customers are not eligible to participate in the Offer:
- South Australian customers;
- customers that were not sent the Offer via email by Betfair; and
- customers that did not opt-in to the Offer.
By participating in the Offer, you will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
BOOSTER SEAT PROGRAM: HOW IT WORKS AND QUALIFYING CRITERIA
OPTING IN
- customers will be sent an email with the option to opt-in to the Offer for the duration of the Qualifying Offer Time Frame.
- to be eligible for the Offer, customers will need to opt-in to the Offer by the specified time in the Offer communication.
- the Offer will run from 5:00pm ASDT on 16 November 2024 until 11:59 pm AEDT on 30 November 2024 (Offer Time Frame).
HOW IT WORKS?
During the Qualifying Time Frame eligible customers will receive notice of the double counting of commission towards their Betfair+ program status, up to a maximum tier of bronze Betfair+ status. The double counting of commission will be applicable during the Offer Time Frame outlined above. If the customer pays the commission required to gain bronze status within the Betfair+ program, prior to the conclusion of the Offer Time Frame, then the double counting of commission will cease.
QUALIFYING CRITERIA
- bets will need to be settled during the Offer Time Frame; and
- bets will need to be made on Qualifying Markets.
WHAT ARE THE ELIGIBLE MARKETS?
The double counting of commission applies to all markets offered on the Betfair Exchange that settle during the Offer Time Frame (Qualifying Markets).
WHAT IS THE OFFER?
Customers will receive double counting of their commission paid towards their Betfair+ status during the Offer Time Frame.
Example 1:
Market: R7 Flemington @ 7% Market Base Rate
The customer is eligible for double counting of commission.

Commission Payable = $70 x 7% = $4.9
Commission counted towards Betfair+ Status = $4.9 x 2 = $9.8
ARE THERE ANY EXCLUSIONS?
Yes.
Bets placed during the Offer Time Frame but that settle outside of the Offer Time Frame will not be eligible to count toward Betfair+ status, nor will they be considered part of the Offer. If Bronze Betfair+ qualification status is achieved during the Offer Time Frame, then the double counting of commission will cease.
ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
It is agreed that:
- Betfair’s decision on the double counting of commission will be final, and further correspondence will not be entered into;
- Betfair makes no guarantee that by participating in this Offer, a customer will be admitted into the Betfair+ Program;
- if your account is self-excluded or closed for any reason, you will be excluded from the Offer;
- Additional Terms and conditions of the Betfair+ program apply;
- Betfair can, in its absolute discretion and at any point in time:
- cancel or suspend the Offer;
- remove you from receiving the Offer, in which case you will no longer be eligible for any Betfair+ status;
- extend, or shorten, the Offer Time Frame; or
- amend these Terms and Conditions;
- Betfair shall not be liable for any loss howsoever arising as a result of a customer’s participation in the Offer; and
- outside of the Terms and Conditions outlined above, all other Betfair Terms and Conditions will prevail.
