With a circumference of 845m and a sprint lane in operation Globe Derby Park is one of the fairest half mile tracks around but it still does favour those on pace to some extent.
BEST BACK OF THE DAY: Race 1 | #3 Steinman (WIN) at $2.50+
Steinman ran well when wide on Saturday night is likely to have to work again, but should be hard to hold out here.
BEST LAY OF THE DAY: Race 8 | #4 Martys Party (WIN) at < $8.00
Martys Party has been lightly raced of late and comes off a 3 month break without trials. Has been a long time since ran up to its best and its racing style means it doesn’t win often. Looks a good risk in this race.
