SPEED MAP RACING TIPS

Plenty of speed engaged here with a quick tempo up front expected.

Never Been Kissed, Le Lude, Annavisto, Vangelic & Shout The Bar all like to be up near the lead.

Barb Raider, Mirra Vision, Lighthouse and Nimalee also like to be forward of midfield.

The rest tend to get back.

QUEEN OF THE TURF | KEY RUNNERS + RACING TIPS

1. Colette – A good 2nd last start in the George Ryder and the wetter the better for her. G1 mile winer in the Spring, plus has won a Golden Rose and an Oaks.

2. Lighthouse – Coming off a last start Doncaster run which is always a positivre leadup for this. Was wide there and didn’t have much luck from the gate. Won the Coolmore Classic the start prior.

3. Icebath – Is coming into form now with a good 3rd last start in the Doncaster. Winning chance.

7. Promise Of Success – Handles the wet and won the Emancipation last start which has proven a good leadup to this race in the past.

12. Steinem – Talented mare who has the talent to show up here. 2nd up off a 1200m run is a tough prep however.

14. Yonce – 6 starts for 6 wins. Has done nothing wrong in career to date. Yet to strike a wet track.

15. Fangirl – Won the G1 Vinery last start. 3yo fillies off that prep have an excellent record in this race

18. Never Been Kissed – G1 Flight Stakes winner in the Spring. Solid 4th in the Vinery last start. Trained by Gai and can certainly give this a shake.
