Meet the team of pro punters here

Winning Edge Investments –

Geoff McMurray – @mcmurray_geoff – Ballarat Race 5 #7 Falling Waters

McMurray Says: “Against the early favourite here at around $3. Has had every chance past couple and hasn’t been overly strong at the finish. Can’t see the extra trip as a spoil and have a number ahead here in what looks a competitive race.”

Punting Form –

Shane Baker – @PuntingForm – Ascot Race 8 #4 Vital Dancer

Baker Says: “Is a pronounced favourite in the early markets but finds itself in a race loaded with legitimate winning chances. Drawn awkwardly, dropping back from 1200m to 1000m at sixth run this preparation, has never been strong at the end of its races, must lay it.”

Racing Watch –

John Walter – @J_Walter23 – Warwick Farm Race 2 #5 Tarabai

Walter Says: “Every possible chance on debut when winning a Hawkesbury maiden. Straight to town and certainly an improved effort there, but again every possible chance. Gets back again here and this looks a deeper race than last time out. Happy to risk at the early price.”

Racing Rant –

Marc Lambourne – @justideal – Warwick Farm Race 6 #3 Star of Monsoon

Lambourne Says: “Back to midweek from a suspect Saturday event, very deep in his preparation from a yard that quickly stales.”

John McLeod – @macbetjohn – Ipswich Race 6 #1 Teeroys Tribute

McLeod Says: “Small fields here today on a very wet track. Terroys Tribute has been thereabouts of late but is no $2.10 shot in any race. Looks to be a few wet trackers in race which will test him that’s for sure.”

racebk -

Ben Krahe – @racebk_com – Kilmore Harness Race 3 #3 Sovereign Minx

Krahe says: “Seven starts for three placings, this one has come up third pick in early markets, but it’s into double figures with me. There are a couple of smart ones here including last start winner Kyvalley Finn and Lunchwitharthur who showed tremendous ability last start.”

Ratings2Win -

Paul Daily – @PaulD01 Launceston Race 8 #6 Gee Gees Luckygirl

Daily says: “Comes off a recent trial win at Longford by a big margin and seems to be currently priced on that alone. Resumes off a 185-day spell for Leon Dean and Trent Wells who have a poor record with horses fresh (103 runners and only 6 winners for a -42.61% POT last 730 days). Her race form in three career starts has been very poor starting at $31, $61 and $101 being beaten by big margins on each occasion. Perhaps she has turned the corner hence her improved effort in that 700m trial but at the current fixed odds of $6 I must be against her.”

Dickos Mailbag –

Jack Dickens – @dickosmailbag – Ballarat Race 6 #5 Ceder Grande

Dickens Says: ““New trainer’ free this prep and does its best work over more ground, surprised he is so short in the market, I couldn’t back at $3.8 so keen to Lay!”

Winning Edge Investments –

John Lawson – @Johns_Analytics – Gawler Race 6 # 6 Hidatsa

Lawson Says: “Got home well to just win in maiden company last time out at Strathalbyn. Steps up in trip here but it’s a much harder race, she’s yet to run a place from 3 goes here and others look much better suited.”

Champion Bets –

Trevor Lawson – @lunchandpunt – Ballarat Race 3 #3 Han Xin

Lawson Says: “Well held when resuming at Moonee Valley, where appeared to have every chance. Needs to improve dramatically to be competitive here for mine. Happy to risk at current exchange odds of $4.00.”
