Meet the team of pro punters here

Winning Edge Investments – www.winningedgeinvestments.com.au

Geoff McMurray – @mcmurray_geoff – Ballarat Race 5 # 2 Potentate

McMurray Says: “Looks skinny at its current quote around $3.00. Has been OK in its past couple but meets a couple ready to win here in Sky Punch and Big Spur. Add to that it will not get a soft lead with Tom Puss contesting and this looks a good lay at its early quote.”

Punting Form – www.puntingform.com.au

Shane Baker – @PuntingForm – Gold Coast Race 2 #6 Darktown Strutter

Baker Says: “Returns to a mad sprint over 900m at the Gold Coast, were it is three wins from three starts and has Jeff Lloyd engaged. Sounds like I am making a case for backing it, but at the long odds-on quote, Darktown Strutter holds no appeal. It is up against some tough bush gallopers here and will not want to do much wrong over the 900m trip, or one of them may produce the ‘upset’ result we are looking for.”

Racing Watch – www.racingwatch.com.au

John Walter – @J_Walter23 – Hawkesbury Race 2 #2 Commanding Witness

Walter Says: “Resumes today from 186 days off having three trials in readiness, but has looked extremely fresh in those trials. 1300m first up from the outside gate with a rider that has never been on this horse before is a definite negative. One squeeze early could see this horse over racing badly. Others with solid enough ability engaged here as dangers and happy to risk at the very short early quote.”

Racing Rant – www.racingrant.com

Marc Lambourne – @justideal – Hawkesbury Race 6 #2 Kathmandu

Lambourne Says: “Runner of great interest from a high performing yard with a potent yet underrated postilion (rider). Steps out for his second start after screaming home on debut from a wide gate. He is, however, rising 5yo and drawn in hell.”

Macbet- www.macbet.com.au

John McLeod – @macbetjohn – Gold Coast Race 5 #9 Never In Doubt

McLeod Says: “Not a strong meet at the Gold Coast today. Never In Doubt battled away first up at Doomben last time, has found a race with a few chances in it so happy to bet around at the $3.60.”

racebk - www.racebk.com

Ben Krahe – @racebk_com – Geelong Harness Race 2 #1 A Nip Will Do

Krahe says: “Consistent trotter but rarely wins. There is a bit of speed drawn outside it so I am expecting it to be crossed. Early markets is likely to rate it close to favourite which means I will be heavily against it.”

Ratings2Win - www.ratings2win.com.au

Paul Daily – @PaulD01 – Hawkesbury Race 7 #6 Zigamore

Daily says: “Won OK at Taree last time in an easier race and had a few things against him that day. However, the figures were ordinary and this looks harder at his first attempt at 1800m. He would need to race to a new peak to win this, which is not impossible but at the current fixed odds of $6.00 he looks one to avoid. I have him double figures in my market.”

Dickos Mailbag – dickosmailbag.store

Jack Dickens – @dickosmailbag – Ballarat Race 7 #9 Euroman

Dickens Says: “There is no greater rush than laying a Weir fav in a staying race at Ballarat, It is the ultimate in laying. This is a horse who’s only win was a 2200m maiden. Has never run time, maps to be back run on & need luck on a track, which should advantage leaders slightly.”

Winning Edge Investments – www.winningedgeinvestments.com.au

John Lawson – @Johns_Analytics – Benalla Race 5 #3 Dam Ready

Lawson Says: “Ran a good first up when second at Werribee before getting well beaten in town. Has won once from 17 attempts and is one of those horses that keeps running ‘OK’ races that suck you in next start but given that he has been vetted at three of his last seven starts something is not right. Happy to oppose at the current price of $3.00.”

Champion Bets – www.championbets.com.au

Trevor Lawson – @lunchandpunt – Ballarat Race 6 #1 Nat’s The Boss

Lawson Says: “Has had two runs back from long spell. Had every chance last start at Sandown Hillside over a slightly longer trip. Needs to improve dramatically here third up back in trip, rating to a career peak to justify its early market price. Considering those factors, more than happy to oppose.”
