Meet the team of pro punters here

Winning Edge Investments –

Geoff McMurray –@mcmurray_geoff – Strathalbyn Race 2 # 6 Bramfield

McMurray Says: “Looks a great lay at its current quote around $3.00. Trialled just fair at Port Lincoln and backed that up with a poor effort on debut. I have Skid Lid clearly on top off a good recent trial and it has an extremely high rated pedigree. I also have Fabulous Flipper rated higher than the early favourite so I just have to be against it.”

Punting Form –

Shane Baker – @PuntingForm – Doomben Race 7 #2 Bronzed Venom

Baker Says: “Returning to Brisbane from a trip to Sydney 25 days ago where it ran over 2000m. Drops back to 1660m here, is drawn an awkward barrier and will need considerable luck to secure a good run in transit. Also finds a number of runners with better performance benchmarks in this field. Happy to take on as favourite in the early betting markets.”

Racing Rant –

Marc Lambourne – @justideal – Canterbury Race 7 #6 Emperor’s Way

Lambourne Says: “Honest but limited. Setup perfectly LS to break back through at the scene of his maiden victory. Lacks seasoning for the distance step and has started unfashionably long odds in all previous metro runs.”

Champion Bets –

Nathan Snow – @snowbet – Canterbury Race 1 #2 Chain of Fools

Snow Says: “Thin fields and tough to find a lay but Chain Of Fools seems too short. Gets control in front here but is only limited and has a couple of better horses chasing that should be close enough here with the small field.”

John McLeod – @macbetjohn – Doomben Race 3 #1 Zukaz

McLeod Says: “Zukaz likely to lead this lot, but has found an extremely good 3yo Benchmark 65 event. The $3.60 on offer is well under our rated price and therefore happy to go down with the ship if he wins.”

Ben Krahe – @racebk_com – Away

Ratings2Win -

Paul Daily – @PaulD01 – Strathalbyn Race 3 #5 Bomber Bob

Daily Says: “Second up from a spell and goes to 1362m which all makes sense on paper but in his four career starts to date he hasn’t shown any real quality compared to a couple of others in this race, notably the current early favourite Vanishing Point. Whist there is a possibility that he can settle further forward up in distance. The current fixed odds of $4.20 implies that he will make significant improvement here, which I just cannot see happening, at least enough to justify anything close to the current price.”

Dickos Mailbag –

Jack Dickens – @dickosmailbag – Sandown Race 3 #13 Shokora

Dickens Says: “Maps to be back and wide or used up to go forward. Slow out last time was restrained and ridden for luck, got all of it. Let down well when out, but likely not as close today in stronger race. ”

Racing Watch –

John Walter – @J_Walter23 – Canterbury Race 1 #2 Chain of Fools

Walter Says: “All price related here. This mare found the right race last time and took full advantage of conditions. Small field and out to 1900m here look queries against. Two Waller runners with genuine ability should be camped and ready to go at the business end. Can win – but extremely skinny odds in early markets. ”
