Racing is in Hobart on Sunday with a 7 race program which features a bit of quality despite predominantly smaller fields. The rail varies from the 4m to the 6m position and while it is currently a Good track there are showers forecast over the weekend which may result in a rain-affected track.
The final night racing meeting of the season takes place on Wednesday night in Launceston with an eight race card on offer. The track received a good dose of rain earlier in the week but with fine weather forecast in the lead up it should be no worse than a Soft 5 rating and could well be better.
Launceston hosts the penultimate night racing meeting of the season on Wednesday with another 8 race program for punters to sink their teeth into. The rail moves out to the 6m position from the 3m mark last week and a firm track can be expected, with a small chance of showers on race day.
Racing returns to Launceston this Wednesday night with a competitive eight race program on offer. The rail moves out to the 9m position which can suit the on-pacers, especially early in the night, and especially if the track is particularly firm.
Racing on Wednesday night returns to Launceston with the Magic Millions 2yo and 3yo races the features on the night. The Alpine Eagle @ Armidale Sydeston Night Cup will also take place with the winner earning ballot-free entry into next week’s Launceston Cup.
