Racing returns to the day time slot in Launceston this Sunday with an 8 race program set to be run on firm ground. All eyes will be on Stella Etoile in race 6 as she tries to lug 63kg to victory before a possible mainland campaign, while the 2yo Aspirate is an interesting runner in race 3 as he is the first 2yo this season to take on the older horses.
Launceston hosts a 7 race program this Wednesday night with the rail moving all the way back to the True position and firm ground expected. Race 6 sees a very competitive field of stayers do battle with many of the main chances having finished together in Hobart.
Punters will have their hands full with plenty of depth on this eight race program but should be handsomely rewarded if they get it right. Tristan Heffernan previews all the races.
