Meet the team of pro punters here

Racing Watch –

John Walter – @J_Walter23 – Wyong – Race 3 #6 Madonnica

Walter Says: “Certainly a little scary betting around a Waterhouse first starter at the moment as the stable is clearly in form. However, this filly looks quite vulnerable after the one 743m trial where she led and controlled, but looked to be peaking late for mine. She runs into two very smart fillies here and $2.80 looks prohibitive odds.”

Champion Bets –

Nathan Snow – @snowbet – Wyong – Race 6 #7 Sworn To Silence

Snow Says: “This horse lacks any tactical speed and just grinds away one paced. Is likely to be back last off a wide draw in a slowly run race and will need to jump out of the ground to beat these.”

Punting Form –

Shane Baker – @PuntingForm – Sandown (Hillside) Race 4 #9 Mighty Maher

Baker Says: “Two wins from 23 starts indicates there is probably not too many surprises in store from this galloper. Is unlikely to push forward from the inside draw, so will need luck in running at some stage. There looks to be enough lightly raced improvers in this race and Mighty Maher does not rate well enough to be favourite in the early markets.”

Ratings2Win –

Paul Daily – @PaulD01 – Ipswich – Race 2 #3 French Jet

Daily Says: “First up today off a 130-day spell isn’t a problem for this gelding. In his two career starts to date he’s yet to return figures good enough to trouble other runners in this field. Would need to have made substantial improvement to justify a price anywhere near the early fixed quote of $3.00.”

Queensland Trials –

Chris Nelson – @qldtrials  – Ipswich – Race 4 #8 Tiz

Nelson Says: “Sunshine Coast trained mare who’s had her chances to win all three starts since being given a two month let up and is likely to go around under the odds once again today. Although in receipt of a tidy weight drop (after Tiffany Brooker’s claim), she faces wet ground for the first time and looks a risky at the price.”

Horse Racing Professionals –

Geoff McMurray – @mcmurray_geoff  – Strathalbyn – Race 3 #13 Scarlett Fox

McMurray Says: “Have not been convinced with either of Scarlett Fox’s runs to date. Got well out of her ground on debut and was only fair to the line. Had every possible chance at start two and was very plain through the line. Dumped rider last week and lines up again today. Will get back from a bad gate and happy to be against it at $3.00 in a competitive maiden with plenty of chances.”
