Get the latest LAY nominations for Wednesday 11th October below.

Meet the team of pro punters here

Racing Watch – www.racingwatch.com.au

John Walter – @J_Walter23 – Warwick Farm Race 1 #1 Eleazar

Walter Says: “On debut for the Hawkes camp off the back of one solid 900m trial in decent time. No knock on the trial at all. However he runs into a couple of other smart colts here and looks aggressively priced. Draws awkwardly in the smallish field and happy to bet around today at the early price.”

Dickos Mailbag – dickosmailbag.store

Jack Dickens – @dickosmailbag – Bendigo Race 3 #9 Teodora

Dickens Says: “Weir runner at second ever start, won 1300m $22k maiden stylishly but they walked early and steps up to BM64 here. We should see a more genuine tempo today, happy to be against it at current price of $4.00 early.”

Punting Form – www.puntingform.com.au

Shane Baker – @PuntingForm – Ipswich Race 2 #5 Hi Lizzy

Baker Says: “A short priced fav with the Lloyd / Gollan combination ensuring it should stay hard in the market. Ran into a much tougher race last start at Doomben, but I’m not convinced there was too much ability on display there. Can do things wrong and also be weak at the end of its races, if busted early on. Will be risking it at the very short price on offer.”

Racetrack Ralphy – www.racetrackralphy.com.au

Ralph Horowitz – @rtralphy – Bendigo Race 4 #4 Tiffany’s Lass

Horowitz Says: “Went from a soft tempo first up here, to going at a murderous pace at Mornington last start when only two lengths off them at the finish despite being legless late with the 57th best last 400 and 200 of the day. Off that pressure, the 11 day back up screams a potential for a flat run, and takes on some who look to peak such as Gold Blush, That Rings A Bell, Cedar Grande and possibly even My Nikita. The latter two were much bigger odds than Tiffany’s Lass, but they avoided that early heat so should come on. Her only win was 50 weeks ago and the apprentice has had 26 single figure odds rides since the first of September for only one win. That equates to $4.40-$4.60 in the early market being too short and happy to lay.”

Macbet- www.macbet.com.au

John McLeod – @macbetjohn – Ipswich Race 4 #1 Cornforth

McLeod Says: “Cornforth has had plenty of starts as favourite and now goes up to the 1350m for the first time. The distance is a major concern even though he will get a nice run from a good gate. Early market has him $2.8 so happy to bet around him.”

Horse Racing Professionals – www.horseracingprofessionals.com.au

Geoff McMurray – @mcmurray_geoff – Gawler Race 7 #2 Miss Identified

McMurray Says: “Dropping in grade and has come up favourite based on that. Last four runs have been average so can’t have it on form. Meets a couple of horses with scope including Flying Pan and Containment so happy to bet around the early favourite.”

Ratings2Win – www.ratings2win.com.au

Paul Daily – @PaulD01 Gawler Race 7 #2 Miss Identified

Daily Says: “Having her sixth run in a preparation for the first time this mare has been below her best form in seemingly harder metropolitan races. Today she drops back in grade in what looks like an attempt to regain form. It’s worth noting that her best form has been produced when there is above average speed on which she doesn’t look like getting today. Combined with a likely get back position in run presents her as a risk and one worth opposing at early fixed odds of $3.80.”

Champion Bets – www.championbets.com.au

Nathan Snow – @snowbet – Warwick Farm Race 7 #9 Ganguin

Snow says: “Both runs disappointing since changed stables. Had a trial since with blinkers on and went a bit better but still needs to improve a long way to figure here”

Racing Rant – www.racingrant.com

Marc Lambourne – @justideal – Warwick Farm Race 7 #1 Fortensky

Lambourne Says: “Returns to Warwick Farm with the shortest SP in the lead-up a fortnight ago at Rosehill, but had all favours on that occasion and encounters an unsympathetic circuit (heavily watered, sniper’s track), with pressure on his inside from Classic Records, and outside from Gauguin.”

racebk – www.racebk.com

Ben Krahe – @racebk_com – Redcliffe Harness Race 8 #3 The Next Star

Krahe Says: “Happy to take this runner on tonight at odds on, where I think Machbino and Bhappy (possible leader/behind leader scenario) have just as much hope despite a massive difference in price.”
