Even though she didn’t quite get the job done for The Form Hound followers last week, I am happy to give her another chance here. She is again well drawn and has an amazing 7 wins from 7 starts from Box 1 so drawing near the fence is again a huge plus.
She was super unlucky running into More In Store last week who was heavily backed and has a huge future in the staying ranks. Even though she ran second last week, her time of 42.49 was excellent and is around 13 lengths quicker than the average race time over this trip. Surely she can go one better tonight.
BACK (WIN) Lovelace on the Betfair SP
Race 6 AAA Radiator Specialists Heat
When this chaser ran a sizzling 29.73 here at only his second race start in a heat of the Magic Maiden series he was the talk of the Sydney greyhound racing scene. His last two starts were at Bulli in May where he ran a blistering 26.17 in both starts. He has since had a let up and resumes here.
The fact he is first up doesn’t bother me, he should be fresh and raring to go and seeing he is on the fresh side he could even lead to the first maker. All eyes may be on the clock. I am very confident of a win here and he is worth following going forward.
