Lay Nominations, Saturday 3rd February 2018

Every week at Betfair, On Course Bookmakers from across the country will be nominating their LAY of the week.

Get the latest LAY nominations for Friday the 2nd and Saturday 3rd February below.

Ray Swannie (VIC)

Caulfield Race 6 #3 Snitty Kitty

Swannie Says: “High pressure race will make it vulnerable in the last 50m and looks a good risk at odds on.”

Kevin Saber (VIC)

Moonee Valley (FRIDAY) Race 7 #4 Domino Vitale

Saber Says: “Was struggling before its last start win at Ballarat where she two wins from three starts. Clearly not as strong at The Valley and 59kg will test her against the boys.”

Jonathan Walsh  (VIC)

Caulfield Race 3 #3 Paris Rock

Walsh Says: “Up in class today and draws out with pace inside. Looks short at the $3.00 quote in a very competitive but small field”

David Dwyer (NSW)

Rosehill Race 4 #7 Flow

Dwyer Says: “Won easily last start leading all the way, will find the lead again but is rising 100m and its times weren’t that flash last start. Happy to oppose it at $2.50 or less.”

Barry Cook (NSW)

Newcastle Race 5 #8 She’s Demanding

Cook Says: “Backmarker with no speed in the race. It’s opened up close to even money and at that price it has to be a massive risk.”

Norm Oke (VIC)

Caufield Race 3 #2 Twitchy Frank

Oke Says: “First start at Caulfield and he’s up in grade here. The race looks to have some depth and I fancy Paris Rock. Happy to take him on.”

Peter McCormack (WA)

Ascot Race 7 #2 Veuve De Vega

McCormack Says: “Got away with daylight robbery last week when it had the race won on the turn. That scenario won’t repeat this week with plenty of speed here to keep the field in close contact. A mile ‘under’ the odds at the $3.00 opening quote.”

Curly Seal (SA)

Morphettville Race 4 #1 Plutocracy

Seal Says: “Top weight, will need luck from draw, risking at 2.20”
