International Rugby Union : Saturday 9th June

New Zealand v France

Saturday 9th June, 5:35pm AEST – Eden Park, Auckland

The All Blacks have won 11 straight and dropped just three of 22 against France since the turn of the century. Les Bleus have tended to play well when travelling to New Zealand though, winning in Dunedin in 2009 with only one of the last six meetings in the Land of the Long White Cloud topping 20 points. France have won just 4 of their last 24 outside of France – two against Italy – but only three of those have been by more than 23 points and none since 2014. The plus is too big.

Betting Strategy

 BACK – France +25.5

Australia v Ireland

Saturday 9th June, 8:00pm AEST – Suncorp Stadium, Brisbane

Australia have a good record at Suncorp and despite fielding a young and inexperienced Wallabies team, they can down Ireland. The Wallabies have won five of their last seven at Suncorp and have lost just two of their last nine Tests on home soil. Ireland have won five straight on the road but have just three wins in their last eight Tests in the Southern Hemisphere and two of those came against Argentina. The Wallabies have won the last five against Ireland in Australia.

Betting Strategy

 BACK – Australia

South Africa v England

Sunday 9th June, 10:00pm AEST – Emirates Airlines Park, Johannesburg

The Springboks are certainly in the throes of a rebuild with just eight wins in their last 22 Tests. A loss in Washington DC last week to Wales looks to continue that run of struggle for South Africa. Ellis Park has not been a particularly happy hunting ground of late for South Africa with three losses in their last seven Tests at the ground. England have won eight of their last 10 Tests on the road. Experience will be crucial here.

Betting Strategy

 BACK – England +3.5
