TV Coverage:


If you are in Australia, you will never be too far from some form of coverage of the Flemington Carnival. Whether this be free to air TV, pay TV, or Betfair's new online stream. Coverage is available in various forms, to make this easy to understand, below is a brief guide as to where you can view all the races, including the Melbourne cup, Victoria Derby and the Crown Oaks.

Free To Air TV:


Channel 7 will again be covering this year's Melbourne Cup carnival on free to air television. The coverage will be hosted by Bruce McAvaney and will feature well known racing personalities Simon Marshall and Richard Freedman. Added to the hosting panel this year will be Francesca Cumani.

Pay TV:


Sky Channel will also have coverage of all races over the carnival. TVN will be doing replays after the conclusion of each race.

Overseas:


Recently Betfair has entered into an agreement with the VRC to stream online 3 days of the Cup carnival, including Melbourne Cup day. This means that Betfair customers can watch the Flemington Carnival for free online with the stream.
